Dance has been an intrinsic part of my life since I was two years old. Throughout my middle and high school years, I competed on a national level with my dance studio. I also performed on my high school's dance team. Although I no longer compete, I still love to keep up my movement practice no matter where I am—in my apartment or at the beach or in a studio.
